HARDWELL SMITH FOUNDATION

 The Hardwell Smith “Smitty” Foundation (HSS Foundation) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing the recruitment and retention of men, women, and  minorities in the fields of automotive, education (earning their high school diploma), financial literacy, and computer-based technology. The foundation focuses on providing services through mentoring, coaching, tutoring, and skills training sessions, both virtually and in person. Our mission is to build skill proficiency and reduce disparities by offering targeted training programs.
